Port In Request

Please fill out this form to request porting your numbers to our service.

Please copy and paste the Project ID where you want these numbers to be added.

Enter one or more phone numbers you wish to port, one per line or separated by a comma. Ensure each number includes the country code and is available to port to avoid complications or delays.

About Bulk Porting: If you plan to submit bulk phone numbers with differing account information, addresses, PINs, etc., please review our documentation for more information.

Choose which services you want to port. You can port both calling and messaging services to take advantage of everything we offer, or port only SMS/MMS services and leave calling with your current provider.

Please Note: Mobile numbers cannot have messaging services split off from their mobile carrier. For messaging-only or voice-only solutions, consider using toll-free or virtual long codes instead.

WARNING: TOLL-FREE NUMBERS DEFAULT TO VOICE ONLY UNLESS PROOF OF MESSAGING VERIFICATION IS PROVIDED.

Current Provider Information

For Messaging Services (If Applicable, otherwise type N/A)

Name of the number's current provider.

May be optional. Some carriers require the account number when accepting port requests, so include it if possible.

What type of account were the numbers associated with?

Account Details

Name used to sign the letter of authorization. Must be the legal first and last name (not a business or corporation name).

Primary contact telephone number for your account on record with the current service provider.

If this number is associated with a business, what is that business's name?

This is not necessarily the same as your billing address. We require the location where the phone calls take place on file with the current provider. If unsure, request a customer service record (CSR). Only one service address is allowed per port order.

If you have a PIN, please provide it. This is often REQUIRED information for Verizon Wireless, MagicJack, Integra, Twilio, and some other carriers. Please verify with your current service provider before submitting.

Letter of Authorization

A signed LOA dated within the past 30 days is necessary for porting your numbers. Please download, fill out, and upload the appropriate form with your port-in request.

Note: To prevent unauthorized porting, we now require a recent bill copy along with your Letter of Authorization (LOA).
